New painting + shop update!

Hi all!

Before the painting reveal, a quick shop update.

ALL prints now come with a 5×7” option! So exciting! These are more budget and wall space friendly. Now is a really wonderful time to support artists. I know times are tough for most right now, but if you’ve been thinking of purchasing a print, I’d love you for it!!

In addition to new prints, I also added some new totes. They are SO cute, beautiful quality, and feature some of my favorite pieces. Check them out here!

Onto the painting…

Recently, I finished a new painting, titled “Girlhood”. It’s an exploration of female childhood friendships and the joys that come with them. It’s of me and a childhood best friend, laughing after playing dress up!

But, my favorite part is the drawing- the yellow drawings were inspired directly from drawings we actually made as kids! My sweet friend sent me a scrapbook we made as kids, which contained gold: stickers, phrases, drawings, notes to each other. In it, I believe my friend wrote the “best frens”, and I’m not sure who did the drawings. In reality, its a collaborative piece!
