New painting + prints!

I’m so excited to share my newest piece with you all, and announce that my regular prints are back up and running!

Prints start as low as $35, and range from 8×10”-16×20”. If there’s a piece you’d like to see as a print, or a size you’d like available, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

And now for my newest painting…

I worked smaller for this one, which made it feel more intimate. It’s a little piece of my soul in a painting.

Set on a Maine beach, this piece illustrates the complicated relationship I’ve had with my caregivers. A blocked out blue figure represents sadness and neglect, while the drawn sun shows how baby me saw her parent as a light source. The beach adorned with rocks, seaweed, and seaglass show my love for the ocean and how much the beach impacted my life as a kid. While I don’t remember a lot, I do remember the feeling of rocky sand under my feet.
